This wine is made using 100% Merlot grapes from NIKI Hills' own vineyards. It was brewed with the aim of bringing out the acidity characteristic of Hokkaido Merlot and the charming, elegant aroma of red fruits. Each year, we use a different brewing method to explore the best Merlot grapes from Asahidai, Niki Town.
